The day will goes as follows

10:00am meet and greet. We will have a grounding session / meditation to open

10:30am Tiffany will give a brief trainning on essential oils and how to use them on the feet.

11:00am Kris will teach us about gut health and fermented foods. She will also be bringing sour dough start for everyone to go home with

12:00pm we will break for lunch. Lunch will be provided

1:00pm Anjanelle will teach us about the benefits of using the bemer in everyday life.  Everyone will get a chance to try the bemer out for themselves

2:00pm Jeanne will take the floor. She will be doing a live zone of the feet for everyone to sit an observe and take notes. 

3:00pm Q and A will follow the live zone. This will be your time to ask the questions you have for Jeanne. 

4:00pm we will wrap up and say our good byes. 

bonus - everyone who attends will be given a goodie bag full of things I love and know you will too. 

It will be a day you wont want to miss.
